Away from industrial coffee roasting, time is taken here
not only for the coffee, but also for our customers. We would be happy to explain our roasting process to you and advise you on the search for the right coffee.

Jens Kinzer

As founder and managing director, Jens has been working in the coffee industry since 2008. He knows our coffee beans inside and out and advises both our business customers and the customers of our café and coffee bar in the roastery.

Philip is your contact for all questions regarding organization, logistics, customer service and order processing. Whether you are a business customer or a customer in our online shop, Philip will be happy to help you if you have any problems.

Miguel Antonio González Cedeño

As head barista, Miguel is our boss at the coffee bar. He not only makes sure that your coffee tastes exceptionally good, but also advises you on our range. As a trained SCA barista, he also teaches and shares his knowledge with you in our coffee seminars.

Frederick Bauer-Stäb

Frederick is our roasting master. In 2008 he started roasting his first coffee beans and since then he has found his great passion in refining green coffee. On our production days you can see what our roasting master's production process looks like in detail.
