About the green coffee
We source the green coffee directly from a group of farmers in Ethiopia – a so-called cooperative.
The formation of a cooperative makes it possible to pool the knowledge of individual coffee farmers and thus increase quality and yield. It also makes it possible to compensate for individual crop failures.
It was only in January 2025 that our roasting master was on site to look for new green coffees.
