Returns and Revocation for Coffee Orders
General Information
Coffee is a fresh food product and is therefore generally excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as the packaging has been opened or the product has been individually processed (e.g., ground) (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB).
Returning Coffee Beans
Returns are only accepted for unopened packages of "whole bean" grind.
The return must reach us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The withdrawal form must be submitted to us beforehand, and the withdrawal confirmed.
After timely notification, we will provide you with the return address and the procedure.
The goods must reach us undamaged, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Excluded from Exchange
Ground coffee is excluded from exchange or return, as it is prepared individually according to customer specifications.
The same applies to opened or damaged packaging.
Cost of Return
The direct costs of the return are borne by the buyer, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery or quality defect).
A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
Notwithstanding this, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (KAFFANERO GmbH, Jagdweg 1-3, 01159 Dresden, E-Mail: info@kaffanero.de, Phone: 0351 – 48618818) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
EXCLUSION OR PREMATURE EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
