How our Kaffanero Coffee Subscription Works

1. Select Coffee / Espresso
Right next to the shopping cart button, you'll find the option to set your delivery interval. Select your interval and add your coffee to the shopping cart.
If the option is not available, the respective product is not enabled for a coffee subscription.

2. Shopping and managing your subscription
You will place your coffee subscription order for the first time just like a normal purchase in our shop. In the future, your orders will then be generated automatically – at the interval you have chosen and with your selected payment method.
You can pause, adjust (change products, change intervals) or cancel your coffee subscription at any time – simply log in to your customer account and click on "Manage Coffee Subscription".
3. Your Loyalty Bonus
Of course, you also collect regular loyalty points in our online shop with every subscription order. Unfortunately, you cannot redeem these directly with your coffee subscription - this is only possible via a separate order, in which you can use your bonus points for discounts and courses.
