As a filter coffee, Peru Organic Coffee is particularly clear and delicate. Its washed processing highlights red fruits, while milk chocolate and caramel provide a sweet, balanced cup with gentle acidity.
French Press
In the French Press, the Peru Organic coffee is full-bodied and smooth. The washed processing ensures a clean cup, while the medium sweetness and low acidity pleasantly balance the aromas of milk chocolate, red fruits, and caramel.

About the green coffee
The green coffee comes from Cajamarca, the heart of Peruvian coffee production. There, the cooperative Sol y Café has been working since 2003 with over 1,000 producers from the provinces of Jaén and San Ignacio. Their focus is on high-quality Arabica coffees, sustainable cultivation, and fair social and ecological structures.
As an organic and Fairtrade-certified cooperative, Sol y Café supports its members with healthcare, modern agricultural technology, and educational opportunities, among other things. Additionally, projects such as their own humus production, organic vegetable gardens, beekeeping, and fish farming promote income diversity for the families. This results in a coffee that not only tastes great but also takes responsibility for people and the environment.
